ps3cfw.com operates a "SMS Bomber" service, offering such a service comes with potential for misuse, any sent SMS Bombs must meet the below guide lines to be considered valid and legal:
• You must have ownership of targeted cellular networks. Under no circumstances are you allowed to send an SMS Bomb to a target without prior cellular network administrator consent.
• You are not allowed to intentionally harm, damage, or commit acts of cyber terrorism through our services.
• You must solely operate the cellular network targeted by any of our SMS Bombs.
• Any cellular network that you are not authorized in or otherwise do not have complete access to are forbidden to be SMS Bombed.
